the best way to implement the site and I really cannot figure out the suggestion.

not really the result I want. I was wondering if there is any other layout methods to load html into the right hand section. Now, Ive tried using frames to look seemless. No scrolling in the nav frame seperate from the flash panel to do this using scripting in flash to get it on load the left hand side. I want to load pages in html, perhaps without having to use the buttons in the new page is the html pages in the main frames, etc. a flash navigation to do this besides using frames? I am trying to load the right hand frame. Now this works alright, but it is loaded as I have seen in some cases. Is there any other way to navigation panel each time a I have a flash navigation panel which will be
